For bigger or long-term projects as well as regular or recurring work we’ll be happy to negotiate more favorable rates, discounts, or package prices.
The minimum amount we invoice is € 15 (=15 minutes on the hour) even for extremely small volumes.
If a project requires additional layouting work, e.g. a PowerPoint presentation, we may apply a percentage based layouting surcharge.
For text tasks that require additional organizational efforts, we may apply a percentage based project management surcharge.
Likewise, we may provide discounts if the complexity of a task is lower than anticipated.
Tests of up to 350 words or 1 hour of work are free of charge

Tests exceeding 350 words / 1 hour will be invoiced at 50% standard rate
We consider this a two-way street: You get to sample our language skills, while we get to know your payment system and delays — that’s only fair, don’t you think?
Tests exceeding 1500 words / 4 hours will be invoiced at 100% standard rate
Honestly, we would like nothing more than to prove ourselves to you in whatever way you deem best.
Realistically, however, this takes valuable resources away from our ♥existing♥clients♥ — and we cannot compromise the quality commitments we have made to them.
You wouldn’t want us to prioritize some free test over our standing business relationship either, would you?
